Job Description
- Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
- Experience in the enterprise customer arena

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
- Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

Job Requirements
- Degree Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Having great communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Able to work in the company location for 5 days a week (9AM- 6PM, Monday - Friday)
- SPM & Diploma holders with relevant experience in O365 related products are welcome!
