Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager who is passionate about social media and online conversations, yet comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with audiences, staying on top of social trends, and ensuring brand conversations are managed professionally and consistently across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily community interactions across Social Platforms (comments, DMs, mentions).
  • Review, assess, and categorize incoming messages to determine the appropriate response, escalation, or redirection to official customer service channels.
  • Respond to social engagement messages (e.g. compliments, general questions, light interactions), especially on trending or culturally relevant content, while adhering to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze customer feedback comments, engagements, to understand customers behaviour.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance metrics like response times, satisfaction, and sentiments to showcase community health and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, analysts, and content teams to stay aligned on campaigns, trends, and messaging updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Media, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in community management or social media management. Fresh graduates with strong interest and internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Languages required: English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics or community management tools (e.g. Emplifi) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfortable handling operational and repetitive tasks, while staying alert, thoughtful, and responsive to social buzz.
