Job Description

• End-to-End Design Execution: Drive client proposals from concept through typesetting, visual design, illustration, motion graphics, and print production.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Work directly with content creators and advise clients on design aesthetics, specs, print formats, and realistic timelines.
• Multi-Channel Media: Develop compelling graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media accounts, websites, and product illustrations.
• Typography & Layout Mastery: Define structural arrangements, copy placement, visual hierarchy, and precise typography (font selection, sizing, spacing).
• Concepting & Iteration: Create rough drafts, storyboards, and mockups aligned with project briefs and client guidelines.
• Pre-Production & Quality Control: Perform final layout reviews, suggest visual enhancements, and ensure production-ready standards before print or digital publishing.

Job Requirements

• Background in graphic design with strong layout, print, and digital capabilities.
• Practical knowledge of animation/motion graphics is plus.
• Strong skills in custom illustration are highly preferred.
• Clear communication skills for effective client consulting and team collaboration in an in-person setup.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing past design, illustration, or animation work is strongly preferred and will be a major plus.
