Job Description

** Personal Assistant to Company CEO**
- Provides personalized secretarial and administrative support efficiently and works closely with the CEO on tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communication, and making travel arrangements.

**Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:**
   - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
   - Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and manage recruitment processes.
   - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
   - Extend job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.


**Employee Relations and Engagement:**

   - Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
   - Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the agency.
   - Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
   - Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale.

**HR Administration:**
   - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
   - Handle HR-related documentation, including contracts and letters.
   - Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and communication.
   - Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.

**Compliance and Policy Implementation:**
   - Ensure the agency's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
   - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
   - Monitor policy adherence and recommend improvements.

**Training and Development:**
   - Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
   - Support career development initiatives.
   - Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

**HR Projects:**
   - Participate in HR projects such as talent management initiatives and diversity and inclusion programs.
   - Compile and analyze HR data for reporting and decision-making. 


Job Requirements

 - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of the social media and digital marketing industry.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Knowledge of data analytics for HR reporting.
