• Assisting in training and supervising junior social media specialists.
• Collaborating with Videographers, Designers and Copywriters to ensure that posts are engaging.
• Optimizing content for for various social media platforms for brands.
• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
• Analyzing and reporting for each brand.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media trends.
• Working on social media ads strategy and planning for brand.

Job Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
• Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media platforms, including their algorithms.
• Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
• In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
• Able to work with creative team to come up with content strategy for brands.
