Job Description

Proton Pesat CTM 3S Kuantan is hiring a Sales Advisor to promote and sell PROTON vehicles. The role involves handling showroom, online and event enquiries, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives, following up leads to close bookings, and assisting customers with financing, insurance, documentation, registration and delivery. Full product and sales training is provided; compensation is performance-based basic plus commission with uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell PROTON vehicles by understanding customer needs and matching them to the right model.
• Handle enquiries from the showroom, online, social media, referrals and roadshows.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, arrange test drives and follow up leads to close bookings.
• Assist customers with financing, insurance, documentation, registration and delivery.
• Build genuine relationships to generate referrals and repeat buyers.
• Participate in roadshows and campaigns; use social media to generate leads.

Qualifications:

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• No automotive sales experience needed; full training provided.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers make decisions.
• Active on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or similar — social media savvy is a plus.
• Holds a valid driving licence.
• Mandarin communication is an added advantage.
