Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing all financial operations for companies in Cambodia and Malaysia entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning.
• Prepare quarterly report and prepare presentation of quarterly result for a listed company in Cambodia.
• Review management accounts of subsidiaries in Cambodia and Malaysia.
• Ensure tax compliance in Cambodia and Malaysia.
• Liaise with operation department on operation matters.
• Review and monitor budgeted cost of the project.
• Prepare projection cash flows/Pnl and BS for the companies.
• Present monthly accounts to GM and ensure submission of result to Group on timely basis.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers and local authorities.
• Incharge of treasury management of the companies.
• Other ad hoc assignment.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Professional certificate (ACCA/CPA).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related fields, including experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• In-depth experience with preparing financial statements, managing compliance, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to lead finance teams and work closely with other departments and executives.
• Preferably from audit background at least 4 years and above.
