Responsibilities
- Monitor & maintenance of IT Infrastructure within office and branches.
- Installation & configuring computer hardware and software OS and application.
- Provide support, including documentation and relevant reports.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Report to Group IT.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
