Job Description
Responsibilities
• Responsible for pre-tender, tender, and post-tender activities, including preparation, submission, and transition from proposal to project.
• Provide technical support by understanding customer requirements and proposing optimal solutions.
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities and prices, and evaluate supplier proposals, including technical and commercial analysis.
• Develop project plans and write up, including risk & mitigation plan, project schedule and related documentation.
• Compile tender documents for submission, including clarifications and follow-ups.
• Establish and maintain a standardized database for tendering and budgeting purposes.
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, and support marketing activities for products and services.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including customers, authorities, suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors, on sales and tender matters.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure tenders and proposals meet all requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by superiors.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field.
• Candidates with experience in the Electrical or Renewable Energy industry will have an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Good command of English.
• Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a technical/engineering field or equivalent.
