• To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
• To assist in the preparation of pre and post Board of Directors’ and Board Committees meeting, Annual General Meetings and internal management meetings.
• To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents.
• To prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents.
• To be able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision.
• To assist in Annual Report preparation work and publication.
• To attend to any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• ICSA or other relevant qualification.
• Well-versed in the provisions of the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and any other relevant laws, statutory or regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Strong command of English (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work under pressure and independently.
