Responsibilities:

• Assist Category Team with data analysis on product range, space, SKU, pricing, and performance.
• Monitor promotional activities and track performance results.
• Coordinate with vendors on category initiatives and field activities.
• Support logistics and execution of category programs.
• Analyze trends and product data for positioning, selection, and distribution insights.
• Develop and support category management processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial performance, and retail analytics.
• Handle contract, rebate, pricing, and product update administration.
• Prepare and update monthly control performance indicators (CPI) for management.
• Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, filing, and office supplies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or merchandising (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
