Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, agencies, and clients to ensure precise execution of programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee program execution, meticulously ensuring alignment with overarching objectives.
• Foster seamless collaboration with Sales, strategically planning and cultivating a cooperative environment.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure stakeholders are well-informed prior to program implementation.
• Contribute to the development of compelling loyalty offers to enhance customer engagement & satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold rigorous controls to safeguard program integrity and compliance with policies and standard.
• Execute contract agreements with precision, aligning them seamlessly with evolving initiatives & objectives.
• Cultivate and manage enduring collaborations with partners and vendors.
• Drive organizational growth by actively acquiring new partners annually.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Public Relations, Mass Comm, or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in fuel marketing field.
• Experience in vendor and partner management experience.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Effective external and internal communication and persuasion skills.
• Able to foster and retain strong rapport with external and internal parties.
• Able to develop a detailed planning, budget, covering all event-related expenses.
• Monitor and manage the budget throughout the event planning process.
• Willing to do long distance travel.
• Added advantage with partnership background.
