Responsibilities

Campaigns & Content

• Create and schedule social media content that highlights products and solves customer needs, keeping a consistent brand voice.
• Write product captions and produce short visuals or videos to increase engagement and conversions.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track campaign metrics and basic website performance, report trends and recommend small tests to improve results.
• Set up simple reports and use insights to refine copy, creative and posting times.

Partnerships & Operations

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure promotions align with stock and delivery timelines.
• Support customer questions on social channels and gather feedback to improve product listings.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
