Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content & Creative

• Create engaging product photos and short social content that clearly show product benefits to pet owners.
• Write clear product descriptions and social captions that match our brand voice and improve conversion.

Campaigns & Growth

• Plan and execute social media posts and basic paid promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with sellers and operations to launch product promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Operations

• Track simple campaign metrics, report results in Excel, and suggest adjustments to improve performance.
• Keep product listings and content organised so the site and sales channels stay consistent.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of marketing or e-commerce experience, ideally with content and social media work.
• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and campaign tracking.
• Instagram / Facebook / Xiaohongshu / Threads social media manage
• Practical experience with Social Media and content creation tools, plus familiarity with ChatGPT for content drafts.
• Photo shooting skills and basic photo editing for product imagery and short social videos.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and a collaborative attitude when working with product and operations teammates.
• Organised, curious, and able to prioritise tasks in a small team environment.
