Job Description

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update records and databases for personnel, customers, and operational data.
     
  • Handle document filing and record management (physical and digital).
     
  • Record and organise meeting minutes and internal documentation.
     
  • Track and manage office supplies and procurement.
     
  • Handle office equipment and general administrative tasks.
     
  • Provide front desk and customer service support when required.
     

Accounts & Finance Support

  • Assist in invoice processing (Proforma Invoice & Sales Invoice).
     
  • Support documentation control for financial records.
     
  • Perform basic data entry for accounting transactions.
     
  • Maintain organised financial records for reporting and audits.
     
  • Assist with simple financial tracking and reporting tasks.
     

Systems & Process

  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets.
     
  • Support automation and system improvements.
     
  • Learn and use AI-assisted tools or workflow systems where applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
     
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin or accounts-related role
    (Fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
     
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
     
  • Experience in invoice processing (PI & SI) and documentation control.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
     
  • Organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
     
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
     
  • Willing to learn new systems, automation tools, and digital workflows.
     

Added Advantage:

  • Experience with accounting systems (SQL / AutoCount / UBS / Xero).
     
  • Exposure to finance, commodities, or trading environment.
     
  • Interest in financial markets (especially gold pricing).
     
  • Experience in record management or operations support.
