Job Description

1. Event Strategy & Planning

  • Lead overall strategy and planning for all company events, including VIP events, product launches, roadshows, workshops, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
     
  • Design premium, memorable event experiences aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
     
  • Develop annual and quarterly event calendars, roadmaps, and budgets.
     
  • Translate business goals into event concepts and activation strategies.
     

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the Event team (Event Coordinators, part-time and outsourced staff).
     
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and define execution timelines.
     
  • Train and mentor the team on SOPs, execution standards, and brand expectations.
     
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism, efficiency, and execution quality.
     

3. Event Execution & Operations

  • Oversee the full event lifecycle from ideation, planning, execution, to post-event review.
     
  • Act as on-site lead and project owner for major and high-profile events.
     
  • Develop risk management and contingency plans; handle emergencies smoothly.
     
  • Ensure all event details meet premium brand and VIP-level standards.
     

4. Cross-Functional & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, BD, and Operations teams to align event goals.
     
  • Manage external vendors including venues, production, staging, lighting, catering, MCs, and creative partners.
     
  • Negotiate contracts, manage quotations, timelines, and delivery quality.
     

5. Performance & Optimisation

  • Analyse event performance including attendance, engagement, conversions, and client feedback.
     
  • Prepare post-event reports and insights for management.
     
  • Continuously improve processes, cost efficiency, and overall experience quality.
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in Event Management, Brand Activation, Marketing, or Experiential roles.
     
  • Proven experience leading medium to large-scale events, preferably VIP, corporate, or premium brand events.
     
  • Strong team leadership skills with hands-on execution capability.
     
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills.
     
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and vendors.
     
  • Proven experience in budgeting, vendor sourcing, and cost control.
     
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand quality and presentation.
     
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple high-stakes projects.
     
  • Willing to work on weekends, evenings, or public holidays when required.
     
  • Experience in luxury, finance, investment, lifestyle, or premium brands is a strong advantage.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Prefer mandarin speaker candidates
