Job Description

• Conduct market research on the gold industry, pricing trends and competitors.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, marketing activities and sales strategies.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market demand and sales trends.
• Track traffic, leads, conversion rates and marketing performance.
• Identify sales gaps, market opportunities and areas for business growth.
• Work with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare market insights and provide actionable recommendations to Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience in market research, sales, marketing or business analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Commercially minded with good understanding of customer and market trends.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and conduct field research when required.
• Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.
