Sales & Customer Engagement

• Manage daily sales operations, enquiries, and order arrangements.
   
• Demonstrate products and services to customers, highlighting key value propositions.
   
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to close sales and meet targets.
   
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
   

Gold Appraisal & Advisory

• Conduct daily gold jewellery appraisal and valuation.
   
• Provide professional advice on gold value, weight, purity, and pricing.
   
• Explain appraisal results clearly and transparently to customers.
   
• Ensure appraisal procedures follow company SOPs and compliance standards.
   

Operations & CRM

• Record sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
   
• Prepare accurate sales reports and customer feedback summaries.
   
• Support internal training and idea-sharing initiatives to improve sales performance.
   

Field Work & Logistics

• Travel for weekly outstation day trips to provide appraisal and sales services.
   
• Coordinate basic logistics and appointment arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
   
• 1–3 years experience in sales, retail, jewellery, banking, pawnbroking, or luxury products.
   
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
   
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and commission-based environment.
   
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
   
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and SOP-driven.
   
• Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
   
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel.
   

Added Advantage:

• Experience in gold, jewellery, luxury retail, pawnbroking, or financial services.
   
• Knowledge of gold purity (916, 999, 750), valuation, or precious metals.
   
• CRM system experience.
   
• Certification or training in appraisal or valuation.
