Sales Enablement & Presentation Design

• Design professional Sales Kits, Sales Decks, Proposal Presentations, and Client Pitch Materials. 
• Transform complex information, product features, and business solutions into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentations. 
• Create compelling company profiles, service presentations, investment decks, and business proposals. 
• Support sales teams by developing high-impact visual materials that enhance credibility and conversion.
  

Marketing & Brand Design

• Create engaging visual content for branding, product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. 
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, catalogues, and promotional collateral. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including typography, colours, layouts, imagery, and visual identity standards. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
  

Digital & Social Media Design

• Design visuals for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. 
• Create advertising creatives, social media posts, landing page visuals, email marketing assets, and WhatsApp marketing materials. 
• Support paid advertising campaigns with performance-driven creative assets. 
• Develop visual content optimized for customer engagement and conversion.
  

Creative Strategy & Customer Communication

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer personas, target audiences, and campaign goals. 
• Apply customer psychology, marketing principles, and sales strategies when creating design materials. 
• Assist in improving sales messaging, content hierarchy, and visual storytelling. 
• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  

Multimedia & Creative Innovation

• Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing trends, and AI-powered creative tools. 
• Support basic video editing, motion graphics, or animated presentation content where required. 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. 
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, presentation design, or sales support design. 
• Experience designing Sales Kits, Sales Decks, Proposal Presentations, Company Profiles, or Pitch Decks is highly preferred.
  

Design & Technical Skills

• Proficient in: 
• Adobe Illustrator 
• Adobe Photoshop 
• Canva 
• Figma 
• Adobe InDesign (advantageous) 
• Strong understanding of:
