Job Description

• Manage and operate all company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and other relevant channels.
   
• Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
   
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, and captions that match brand tone and communicate strong USPs.
   
• Coordinate with the Video and Design teams to ensure timely content production and publishing.
   
• Monitor, track, and analyse content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.).
   
• Optimise content strategy based on data insights and audience behaviour.
   
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.
   
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and community engagement.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
   
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive captions.
   
• Familiar with short-form video trends and social media algorithms (TikTok, Reels, XHS, etc.).
   
• Basic knowledge of content performance metrics and analytics tools.
   
• Video editing or graphic design skills are an added advantage.
   
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
   
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
   
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
   
• Portfolio of past social media work is a plus.
