Job Description

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for digital platforms (websites, web apps, internal systems).
   
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
   
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behaviour.
   
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
   
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital products.
   
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and smooth design implementation.
   
• Optimise user journeys, navigation flow, and overall usability.
   
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
   

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
   
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (required).
   
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
   
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
   
• Able to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
   
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain and justify design decisions.
   
• Detail-oriented with strong visual, layout, and typography sense.
   
• Basic understanding of web/app development (HTML/CSS) is an advantage.
   
• Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional and agile teams.
