Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Talent & Culture Manager, this person would be working closely with all internal stakeholders to understand their business and hiring plans. 
  • Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, sending offers, offer negotiation, reference check, pre-onboarding matters up till running the onboarding session for new joiners). 
  • This recruiting function covers not only for Malaysia hiring but also regionally across all our other offices as well (namely Australia, Canada, The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam).
  • Assisting with campus recruitment for interns and fresh graduate intake. 
  • Take charge and attend both physical & virtual career fairs to support hiring needs and be a brand ambassador for the company. 
  • Building a strong pipeline of ready resources for future hires.
  • Generating recruitment reports on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the company’s hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Curate engaging and impactful content for our PBWW LinkedIn page.

Job Requirements

  • A strong believer of Company’s Vision, Mission, and our 5 Core Values and to be able to live and breathe with it.
  • Someone with great initiative, highly driven, energetic, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to exude positive vibes at all times even under immense pressure.
  • Highly adaptable to change and able to keep up with the fast paced environment.
  • At least 4 - 6 years of past & current working experience in Talent Acquisition functions having been involved in either internal recruitment for Tech departments or worked in external recruitment firms before (holding Tech portfolio) for at least 2 years and above. 
  • A good understanding on how the Internet / e-commerce business works would be an added advantage. 
  • Obsessed with candidate experience down till employee experience!
  • Ready applicant sources from either Creative, Customer Experience, Marketing, Tech, Product Tech Management, Innovation, Sales, Production/Manufacturing, Finance industries and has a great network of people from those industries mentioned. 
  • Proficient in Google systems or any other Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • An expert in LinkedIn and Jobstreet proactive talent sourcing. 
  • Always ever ready and open to try out other job portals or using digital recruitment methods.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Must be open to travel between HQ (Bangsar South) & at our manufacturing site (Shah Alam).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong business acumen understanding and fantastic stakeholder management skills. 
  • Able to join us immediately would be an added advantage.
  • And not forgetting, a high sense of humor is needed.
