Job Requirements

- Someone with great initiative, highly driven, energetic, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to exude positive vibes at all times even under immense pressure.
- Highly adaptable to change and able to keep up with the fast paced environment.
- At least 4 - 6 years of past & current working experience in Talent Acquisition functions having been involved in either internal recruitment for Tech departments or worked in external recruitment firms before (holding Tech portfolio) for at least 2 years and above.
- A good understanding on how the Internet / e-commerce business works would be an added advantage.
- Obsessed with candidate experience down till employee experience!
- Ready applicant sources from either Creative, Customer Experience, Marketing, Tech, Product Tech Management, Innovation, Sales, Production/Manufacturing, Finance industries and has a great network of people from those industries mentioned.
- Proficient in Google systems or any other Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- An expert in LinkedIn and Jobstreet proactive talent sourcing.
- Always ever ready and open to try out other job portals or using digital recruitment methods.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Must be open to travel between HQ (Bangsar South) & at our manufacturing site (Shah Alam).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong business acumen understanding and fantastic stakeholder management skills.
- Able to join us immediately would be an added advantage.
- And not forgetting, a high sense of humor is needed.
