Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The BD Intern will work closely with our Business Development Team to assist in various tasks including lead generation, sales reporting, relationship building, market research, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the BD team to support various sales initiatives.
• Support BD team during client meetings and presentations.
• Assist in generating leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Support the development of compelling business proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Provide post-campaign reporting and analytics.
• Oversee and execute all client campaigns from inception to completion within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct periodic site visits to understand the outdoor market landscape and catchment area for better campaign planning.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage. 
• Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members. Proactive go-getter that enjoys a dynamic fast-paced environment. 
• Hands-on experience with Google Spreadsheet/Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Analytical, eager to take on new challenges and contribute to team success.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
