Job Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Client Servicing & Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager to grow our client portfolio, develop new business opportunities and manage media campaigns from proposal through execution.

This is a hybrid Business Development + Client Servicing + Media Solutions role suited to someone who enjoys meeting clients, solving marketing challenges and turning opportunities into successful campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts while building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and industry connections.
• Understand clients' businesses, marketing challenges and campaign objectives to develop relevant media solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, media recommendations and presentations.
• Recommend OOH and integrated media solutions based on client objectives, audiences and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and grow existing accounts.
• Coordinate campaigns from confirmation through planning, execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams, media owners and vendors to manage bookings, timelines, budgets and campaign deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and relevant site visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, campaign documentation and costing summaries.
• Monitor market developments, media opportunities and industry trends to strengthen client recommendations.
• Contribute towards individual and Company revenue and business growth targets.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in advertising, media, marketing, client servicing, account management, sales or business development. Fresh graduates with similar internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong client servicing, relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Experience in OOH, media, advertising or agency environments is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
