INTERNSHIP LOCATION : KOTA DAMANSARA

** Candidates must be able to fulfill a minimum of 3-months internship tenure.

Job Highlights:

• You will brainstorming & working projects with the team for our media channels and/or for our clients. 
• You will be assist in producing compelling visual content that resonates with the audience for social media.
• You will manage and curate content for company social media accounts, such as FB, Instagram, Tik Tok or XHS, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. 
• You will support the daily management of our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring user engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
• You need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and overall marketing initiatives.
• You will be assisting with various marketing related tasks as needed and undertake additional cross-function duties assigned from time to time, ensuring a flexible and proactive approach to support the team’s objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business development, designers, media planning and others to achieve the goals.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

• Must be a student pursuing a diploma / degree / masters in the related field.
• Strong proficiency in English & Malay language (both verbal & written skills) is mandatory. Chinese language proficiency is required for chinese-related media channels. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in creative design, photographt, video shooting & editing; and proficient in related apps / softwares such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite etc. 
• Excellent research and analytical skills to gather information and present it in a concise and engaging manner.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Able to work & deliver under pressure effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has to have initiative and passion. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and open-mindedness to feedback given.
• A responsible and accountable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently.
• Have own laptop & transportation vehicle.
