Job Description

This is an on-site role, the applicant must be willing to be stationed & work full time at the office.

Responsibilities :

  • To prepare financial accounts and month end closing reports. 
  • To maintain Full Set of Account.
  • Prepare sales invoices with other related work and monitor the payment received.
  • Checked supplier invoice and project costing to key in system/master records.
  • Preparation of payroll, commissions, and relevant claims.
  • Prepare and submission of KWSP/SOCSO/PCB/Service Tax, etc.
  • To handle audit & tax compliance work such as tax queries/ estimation/ audit/ payment.
  • To perform and coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance-related SOPs.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management. 

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Account/Finance Executive.
  • Well-versed with QnE accounting software.
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure independently within a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Possess own transport as occassional travelling is required for this role.
