INTERNSHIP COMMENCEMENT : OCTOBER 2026 ONWARDS

** Candidates must be able to fulfill a minimum of 3-months internship tenure. The internship location will be at Kota Damansara. This position will be based at Juara Media Asli Sdn. Bhd. (JMA) which is a sister company of Pí Interactive Sdn. Bhd.

With platforms Fulamak and BuzzStop, we reach audiences daily with stories that are fun, relatable, and culturally resonant — empowering brands to connect through authentic local voices.

Core Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media platforms, focusing on content like food reviews, event highlights, and promotional videos.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics, explainer videos, infographics, and kinetic typography. Create visually appealing animations and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos with effects, transitions, and captions that align with current social media trends. Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms (aspect ratios, file sizes, formats).
• Content Creation & Creative Storytelling: Brainstorm & develop ideas and strong narrative video concepts that capture attention; manage and curate content for company social media accounts that resonates with the audience.
• Content Adaptation: Tailor videos to fit the specifications and format requirements for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook).
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Support daily management of our social media accounts including scheduling posts, monitoring user engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
• Trends & Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and suggest creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and overall marketing initiatives.
• Live Hosting: Able to confidently host live sessions on various platforms while engaging viewers.
• Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience during live sessions through comments, shoutouts, Q&As, and interactive elements to build community and keep viewers engaged.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from live audiences and share insights on viewer engagement, questions, and content preferences with the team to improve future live content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders to produce content that align with campaign themes and objectives.
• You will be assisting with various marketing related tasks as needed and undertake additional cross-function duties assigned from time to time, ensuring a flexible and proactive approach to support the team’s objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the goals.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media, Film & Media Studies, Creative Multimedia, Marketing and Communication, Mass Communication or the relevant field.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, with a good understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling. Basic VFX & motion graphics capability is required. 
• Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of current social media trends, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and an understanding of what engages viewers.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to think creatively and pay attention to detail, producing visually appealing and cohesive video content.
• Basic Filming Skills: Familiarity with basic video shooting techniques, camera handling, lighting, and sound to capture quality footage when needed.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and personable, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and engage a live audience in an entertaining way.
• Camera-Friendly Personality: Comfortable being on camera and able to stay natural and interactive, handling unexpected situations smoothly during live sessions.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, especially during campaign periods
• Team Player: Good communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment, taking feedback to improve video quality and content.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Able to work & deliver under pressure effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has to have initiative and passion. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and open-mindedness to feedback given.
• A responsible and accountable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently.
• Posses car driving license or own transportation and willing to travel for video shooting assignments.
• Have own laptop.
