Responsibilities:

• Media Planning: Jump right in and get hands-on with crafting smart media proposals and mapping out campaign strategies that make an impact.
• Campaign Execution: Team up with the crew to roll out media campaigns smoothly — from the first brief to post-campaign reporting.
• Data Analysis: Turn numbers into insights by tracking performance and spotting what’s working (and what’s not) for future improvements.
• Market Research: Keep your radar on — stay ahead of trends, discover what competitors are doing, and find fresh media opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to deliver seamless, integrated marketing campaigns that stand out.
• Operations Support: Keep things organized and running smoothly — manage files, update trackers, and make sure deadlines stay on point.
• Graphic Design: Flex your creative side by designing scroll-stopping visuals and marketing materials for campaigns and social media.
• Content Creation: Help craft fun, relatable, and on-brand content for our social media channels and blog.
• Social Media Management: Get involved in managing and growing our social platforms — keep the feed active, engaging, and on trend.
• Additional Tasks: Jump into new projects and ad-hoc assignments — every task is a chance to learn, create, and make an impact.

Who You Are:

• A current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field and is able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship. 
• Analytical with strong attention to detail and a passion for understanding media dynamics.
• A proactive learner who enjoys digging into data and research to uncover insights.
• Comfortable working with numbers and budgets, with a solid understanding of media metrics.
• Good copywriting, photography, image and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Highly creative, with a keen eye for design and detail.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Proficiency in English is a must. 
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps, Notion, Toggl, Canva, CapCut and other designing / creative content softwares. 
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Have own laptop & transportation.
