Job Type: Internship 

Vacancy: Immediate 

Duration: Minimum 3 months (6 months preferred)

Allowance: RM800/month + sales commission

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling outreach, networking, and online research.
• Pipeline Support: Assist in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline — because strong deals start with strong tracking.
• Client Discovery: Conduct basic needs analysis to understand potential clients’ business goals and marketing challenges.
• Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and help nurture relationships from first contact to closing stage.
• CRM Management: Keep sales records organized and up-to-date in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Target Support: Work alongside the team to contribute towards monthly sales goals and revenue growth.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Brand Solutions team to ensure smooth handover, proposal alignment, and successful campaign execution.
   

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing / completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Someone who is confident speaking to people and isn’t afraid to start conversations. 
• Naturally curious, commercially minded, and eager to understand how businesses grow.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese language/dialects. 
• Organized and detail-oriented; you understand that good sales is also about good follow-up.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Hungry to learn real-world sales skills that go beyond textbooks.
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship (full-time) at Kota Damansara.
• Possess own laptop & mode of transportation with a valid driving license.
