Roles & Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media Support
• Assist in creating short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts) for Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Support photo and video shoots during lessons, events, tournaments and brand activations.
• Help with basic video editing, caption writing and content scheduling.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, formats and sounds.
• Marketing & Campaign Support
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
• Support content planning and marketing calendars.
• Help with basic research (trends, competitors, collaborations, KOLs).
• Community & On-Ground Support
• Support on-site activations, events and tournaments when required.
• Assist with member engagement and community-focused initiatives.
• Help ensure brand messaging is consistent across touchpoints.
• Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
• Assist with content organisation, asset management and reporting.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Fresh Graduates or University Students who

• Have completed 3rd year of studies in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related fields;
• Active on social media, social media savvy and familiar with Instagram, TikTok and current digital trends;
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe (a bonus);
• Comfortable being on-site, filming people and working in fast-paced environments;
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude;
• Willing to learn and readiness to adapt to changes.
