ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring Front of House Crew to help bring the Pickle Social Club (PSC) experience to life. Whether you're managing court bookings, setting up events, or making someone’s day with great service — you’ll be at the heart of our community.
This role is perfect for students or fresh grads who want real-world experience in operations, events, hospitality, or customer service — no prior experience needed, just a great attitude.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Ground Operations
- Help run the day-to-day court operations smoothly and safely
- Set up and maintain courts, equipment, and overall club vibe
- Support events on or off the courts (logistics, setup, cleanup)
- Coordinate with coaches to keep court schedules running on time
- Keep the space looking clean, cool, and welcoming
Customer Experience & Service
- Greet guests, assist with bookings and answer questions
- Provide friendly, helpful service at all times
- Handle feedback and resolve simple issues on the spot
- Make sure everyone feels part of the PSC community
Community Engagement
- Get to know our community and coaches
- Encourage participation in events, programmes, and community campaigns.
- Help organise or support social initiatives and engagements.
- Be a positive representative of PSC in everything you do

- A university student or fresh graduate looking for flexible part-time work

- Able to work some evening and weekend shifts
Extra points if you:
- Love sports, community events, or boutique fitness
- Have experience in part-time retail, events, or service roles (not a must!)
