We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team. Unlike other entry-level roles where you are stuck doing basic data entry, this role offers you the incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Full Set Accounting.

Whether you have a year of experience under your belt or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate ready to learn, we will provide the guidance you need to become a full-fledged finance professional!

🔥 Your Mission (Core Responsibilities)

You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full Set Management: Assist in handling full sets of management accounts, ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Daily Financial Operations: Take charge of core accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconciliation & Asset Tracking: Perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date fixed asset lists and depreciation schedules.
• Claims & Administration: Process monthly claim payment requisitions, verify the correctness of documents, and handle other related general accounting tasks.
• Cross-Functional Support: Step up to perform ad-hoc financial assignments as required by the management team.

Job Requirements

⚡ Who We Are Looking For

• Education: You possess a Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience Level: At least 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred, BUT Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn).
• Tech Skills: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• The Right Mindset: You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
