🚀 The Opportunity

Are you a master negotiator with a sharp eye for detail?

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Executive to drive our supply chain operations and manage international vendor relationships, particularly with our partners in China. In this role, you won't just be pushing paperwork—you will be strategically sourcing materials, negotiating the best possible terms, and directly impacting the company’s bottom line through smart cost-control.

🔥 Your Mission (Core Responsibilities)

You will take ownership of the purchasing cycle from start to finish. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Global Sourcing & Purchasing: Source materials, equipment, and services. You will prepare, process, and accurately issue Purchase Orders (POs) while monitoring inventory levels for timely replenishment.
• Supplier Management & Negotiation (China Focus): Act as the primary liaison for our China-based vendors. You will evaluate suppliers, request quotations, and fiercely negotiate costs, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost savings.
• Logistics & Order Tracking: Track all active POs to ensure on-time delivery. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipping delays, shortages, or damaged goods, coordinating seamlessly with our warehouse and production teams.
• Cost Control & Strategy: Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new supplier developments. You will hunt for alternative suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and ensure all purchases stay strictly within budget.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain crystal-clear procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases, ensuring everything aligns with company policies.

Job Requirements

⚡ Who We Are Looking For

• The Communicator: You MUST have a strong command of Mandarin (Read and Write), as daily communication and negotiation with China vendors is a core requirement of this role.
• The Experience: You possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, backed by 1 to 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• The Negotiator: You have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to negotiate favorable terms.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders under pressure.
