Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can manage perform market and competitor research, plan offline events, and help grow a mummy community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and TikTok.
  • Plan monthly content topics and coordinate content creation (with freelance designers/interns).
  • Execute digital campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
  • Grow and engage PILLOO’s online mummy community.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitors: pricing, campaigns, promotions, product launches.
  • Identify new market trends, threats, and opportunities in the mother & baby industry.
  • Analyse customer feedback, online reviews, and behaviour to support decisions.
  • Provide monthly insights and recommendations for strategy and product direction.

Offline Marketing, Events & Campaign Planning

  • Marketing strategy
  • Plan monthly offline marketing activities and brand events.
  • Research suitable mummy/baby fairs, roadshows, and partnerships.
  • Propose campaign ideas: customised free gifts, bundles, seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-ground needs.
  • Support collaborations with mummy groups, clinics, confinement centres, and influencers.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly reports for digital performance, competitor updates, and event results.
  • Suggest improvements based on data and market findings.
  • Keep up with marketing and mother & baby industry trends.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or market research.
  • Knowledge in SWOT Analaysis, 4P etc.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in competitor and market research.
  • Able to plan and coordinate events and brand activations.
  • Good communication in English & BM & Mandarin.
  • Familiar with marketing tools.
