Job Description

 

  •  We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive company culture, managing cross-country recruitment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to manage talent, optimize resources, and align HR initiatives with the company’s goals. 


Job Requirements

 

  •   Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values and vision.
  •  Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across multiple regions.
  •  Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and source top talent.
  •  Implement best practices in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  •  Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed.
  •  Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  •  Manage employee benefits programs and regularly review to maintain competitiveness.
  •  Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll and benefits regulations.
  •  Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and best practices.
  •  Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all countries.
  •  Act as a point of contact for legal or compliance-related HR issues.
  •  Plan and manage the HR budget effectively, including recruitment, training, and employee programs. 
  •  Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  •  Oversee performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development plans.
  •  Work on succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  A Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  •  Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a multi-country or regional capacity.
  •  Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across various countries.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  •  Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  •  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  •  Proficient in HRIS and other HR management tool
