Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Live Stream Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live streams on TikTok, engaging with the audience, promoting products, and ensuring a high level of viewer interaction and satisfaction. This role requires a charismatic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the required number of live streams and duration each month
• Provide detailed explanations of products on the live streaming platform, actively engage with followers, boost their emotions, and keep the live room lively.
• Optimize metrics such as attracting followers, getting likes, retaining viewers, increasing interactions, and driving conversions.
• Plan live stream content and write scripts to enhance the GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) of the live sessions.
• Follow up on live stream performance, review and analyze live stream data, and continuously improve and optimize.
• Assist the team in developing and executing live stream event strategies to enhance overall live stream performance and brand visibility.

Job Requirements

• Good appearance and temperament, and strong on-camera presence.
• Talented in public speaking, creative, quick thinker, and versatile, with a strong personal style.
• Strong learning ability, goal-oriented, able to handle pressure well, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
• Familiar with the specific content of the host's work, and able to improvise according to the atmosphere of the live room.
• Familiar with social media and live streaming platform operations and trends, able to adjust live content in response to market changes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in Malay and Mandarin is preferred.
• Experience in live commerce, screen presence, hosting, or performing; having a personal social media account is preferred.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills are preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or brand promotion is a plus.
