Job Description

Assist the marketing team with day-to-day execution across social media, paid ads, email and events — helping showcase the brands we carry across digital and offline channels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign execution — copywriting, creative coordination, performance tracking
• Help draft email marketing campaigns and manage sending schedules
• Coordinate logistics for expos, showroom events, and product demos
• Assist with content tracker updates and reporting to management
• Support B2B partnership outreach (media partners, associations, co-marketing)
• Liaise with designer on content briefs and turnaround timelines

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 0–2 years experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Canva, basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred — this role will support marketing efforts targeting Chinese-speaking customers and partners 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to multitask across brands/campaigns
  

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Interest in F&B or commercial kitchen industry
• Experience with content calendars or project trackers
