Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys retail, interacting with customers, and wants to grow their career in a fast-moving industry.
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide friendly assistance
- Assist customers in choosing products and explain product features (training provided)
- Handle sales transactions, payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
- Support daily store operations including stock checks and replenishment
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets (with commission rewards for performance)
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers when necessary
Job Requirements

- SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Based in Kuala Lumpur
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage
