1. Manage and coordinate inventory planning, stock monitoring, stock movement, stock transfer, replenishment, and logistics arrangements for assigned products and sales channels.
2. Maintain proper records and documentation for stock movement, delivery orders, invoices, product information, supplier documents, customer records, distributor records, and other related operational documents.
3. Support the development and daily operation of distribution channels, including distributors, retailers, resellers, corporate buyers, event partners, online platforms, and other sales channels.
4. Maintain and service assigned distributor, retailer, reseller, and channel accounts, including regular follow-up on orders, stock availability, delivery status, product information, pricing updates, payment status, and operational matters.
5. Develop new distributor, retailer, reseller, corporate buyer, or channel accounts as assigned or approved by Management.
6. Assist in product listing, SKU setup, pricing preparation, promotion setup, merchandising display, product arrangement, and sales channel execution.
7. Assist in developing pricing structures, SKU strategies, product lists, promotion mechanics, and sales terms to support commercial performance and market competitiveness.
8. Monitor product movement, market feedback, competitor pricing, customer demand, and channel performance, and report relevant updates to Management.
9. Assist with stock-related support for pop-up events, roadshows, exhibitions, retail activations, sampling activities, and on-site sales activities, including stock preparation, packing, display, replenishment, sales support, and post-event stock checking.
10. Support the commercial operations of Pintaiwan, PinstoreTaiwan or other Company-related projects, including supplier coordination, academy setup, incubation development, product preparation, and operational follow-up.
11. Assist Management in preparing commercial reports, sales forecasts, channel updates, product proposals, meeting materials, funding-related documents, or strategic project documents when required.
12. Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, finance, and Management, to ensure smooth business and channel operations.
13. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, distribution, retail, FMCG, trading, e-commerce, or channel management is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Taiwan suppliers and partners). Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and support weekend events, exhibitions, and roadshows when required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-growing business environment.
