Job Description

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Manage and coordinate inventory planning, stock monitoring, stock transfers, replenishment, and logistics arrangements for assigned products and sales channels.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, product movement, and inventory reports.
  • Conduct stock checks and monitor stock availability to ensure smooth operations.

Operational Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain proper documentation for delivery orders, invoices, supplier records, product information, customer records, and operational reports.
  • Prepare and organize commercial reports, sales forecasts, channel updates, and strategic project documents.
  • Ensure all operational records are updated accurately and timely.

Channel Development & Account Servicing

  • Support the development and management of distribution channels including distributors, retailers, resellers, corporate buyers, e-commerce platforms, and event partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned channel accounts by following up on orders, stock availability, pricing, payment status, and delivery arrangements.
  • Assist in onboarding and developing new channel accounts as assigned by Management.

Commercial Execution & Product Support

  • Assist in product listings, SKU setup, pricing preparation, promotion setup, merchandising displays, and product arrangement.
  • Support pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and sales terms to improve market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate product preparation and operational support for retail activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and pop-up events.

Market Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demand, and channel performance.
  • Collect and report market feedback to Management for business strategy improvement.
  • Assist in identifying growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth commercial operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and business partners for product and project execution
  • Support ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in operations, distribution, retail, FMCG, trading, e-commerce, or channel management is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong coordination and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock movement, and logistics coordination.
  • Good understanding of retail, distribution, and commercial operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Taiwan suppliers and partners); Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
