As a Builder, you will design and scale event experiences from concept to on-ground delivery, while tightening operational processes so our shows and activations run reliably and on budget.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan event timelines, budgets, and resource lists, and keep stakeholders updated with clear status reports.
• Create run sheets and supervise on-site execution to ensure programs finish on time and meet quality expectations.

Operations & Logistics

• Coordinate transportation, equipment, and venue logistics to guarantee smooth set-up and teardown.
• Manage vendor contracts, inventory, and permit requirements to reduce last-minute issues and extra costs.

Client & Vendor Relations

• Communicate with clients and suppliers to clarify scope, confirm deliverables, and maintain professional relationships.
• Track post-event feedback and operational lessons so each event improves on the last.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in event planning, event management, or operations within media, marketing, or agency environments.
• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Project Management, Workflow Management, and Event Planning experience with proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Practical knowledge of Transportation Management, vendor negotiation, and basic business administration tasks.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and accountability, with the ability to multi-task under pressure and keep teams aligned.
• Organised, proactive, and solution-focused, with a collaborative mindset for working across small teams.
