Job Description
- Assist in planning and preparing social media content
- Support content writing, caption drafting, and campaign coordination
- Help manage digital marketing materials for social media, ads, and promotions
- Assist in research on market trends, competitors, and campaign ideas
- Support online campaign execution and performance tracking
- Help prepare reports, presentation materials, and campaign summaries
- Assist in coordinating with designers, vendors, or team members for content production
- Liaise with KOCs for campaign coordination, content follow-up, and deliverable tracking
- Support both own brand marketing and client campaign tasks
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Proficient in reading and writing Chinese
- Good in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation tools is a plus
