Job Description
- Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Support coordination with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners
- Help prepare documents, reports, trackers, and follow-up records
- Assist in on site event preparation, logistics coordination, and execution support
- Support project timeline tracking and task coordination
- Help maintain proper filing of documents, quotations, and operational records
- Assist in market expansion and campaign support tasks when needed
- Support any ad hoc operational duties assigned by the team
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks well
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reading and writing Chinese
- Good in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or presentation tools is a plus
