Pink N’ Proper is a fashion established in 2011, known for stylish, feminine, and confidence-boosting pieces. We are looking for a reliable and energetic Retail Associate to support our counter at The Gardens Mall, Midvalley.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive daily retail sales and achieve individual targets
   
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers
   
• Confidently recommend, style and upsell products
   
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
   
• Arrange, steam and replenish stock when needed
   
• Perform simple daily stock counting and reporting
   
• Issue receipts and manage basic order processing
   
• Ensure booth cleanliness and overall brand presentation
   
• Support basic operational tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Can speak Mandarin and English fluently
• Willing to work retail hours (11AM–9PM)
• 1 weekday off per week
• Comfortable working in a mall retail environment
• No last-minute cancellations or absenteeism
• Punctual and responsible
• Basic math and writing skills required
• Prior retail/sales experience is an advantage
