Job Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Guest Engagement & Experience

• Welcome, guide, and energise guests throughout their Bomb Battle journey.
• Spark excitement by introducing games and sharing the Bomb Battle story in a fun, engaging way.
• Ensure customer areas are tidy, inviting, and fully prepped for action — so every visit is immersive, smooth, and memorable.

Outlet Operations & Content Creation

• Conduct thorough game tests at opening and prepare game rooms before each team’s entry to ensure a flawless start.
• Keep props and decorations in top condition, always putting guest and team safety first.
• Capture memorable photos and share game tips to elevate each guest’s experience.
• Be part of our creative content team — act in fun social media videos and contribute to content and event editing.

Event Hosting & Support

• Host and support team-building events and special sessions, ensuring all activities are well-organised, interactive, and tailored to client goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot during events to deliver seamless, memorable experiences for every participant.
