Bhd., the team behind Bomb Battle, where we run live-action game sessions that bring friends, families and colleagues together for playful competition and shared stories. We focus on safe, friendly play, smooth operations and moments that guests talk about after they leave.

As a Game Host / Facilitator you will build and run experiences from setup to finish, preparing rooms, testing props and guiding teams through clear safety briefings and rules. You will create short-form content, support corporate team-building events and adapt activities to fit group size and energy, with weekend availability required and full training provided. Your attention to detail and warm presence will help us scale consistent, shareable experiences across outlets.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop practical live-hosting skills with full training, mastering safety briefings, guest introductions and pacing so players arrive confident. Gain repeatable routines you can teach to new hosts.
• Expand your creative toolkit by planning and shooting short videos and photos, working with our content squad to craft posts that represent the venue. Learn simple editing and captioning that help content perform.
• Build event leadership by running team-building sessions, managing timings and coordinating logistics so every group finishes on a high. Grow confidence leading different age groups and corporate clients.
• Strengthen technical and operational knowledge by preparing rooms, performing pre-shift checks, logging faults and applying basic troubleshooting during live games. Develop checklists and routines that reduce downtime and keep play moving.
• Position yourself for career growth through ongoing coaching, cross-training in operations and content roles, and clear paths to supervisory or outlet responsibilities. Build a varied portfolio of skills that employers in leisure and events value.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• You welcome groups, run quick safety briefings, and explain game rules so guests arrive ready and confident.
• You guide players through missions, manage pacing, and keep energy positive from start to finish.
• You monitor guest wellbeing, answer questions, and escalate safety or service issues to supervisors promptly.

Venue Operations & Safety

• You prepare and test game rooms, props, and equipment before each session to ensure smooth play.
• You maintain presentation and cleanliness of guest areas and store props securely after use.
• You perform routine safety checks, report faults, and assist with basic troubleshooting during shifts.

Content & Events

• You capture photos and short videos that represent our brand and encourage guest sharing.
• You join the content squad for simple promotional shoots and contribute creative ideas for social content.
• You lead team-building sessions, manage timing and briefings, and adapt activities to different groups.
• You coordinate with colleagues to keep events on schedule and resolve on-the-spot issues so every session finishes well.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent conversational English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Diploma holders and fresh graduates are welcome; we prioritise positive attitude and customer focus.
• Weekend availability is required and you must be able to work varied shift times when needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic smartphone photography and short video skills for social content creation.
• Comfortable performing simple equipment checks and basic troubleshooting during operations.
• Familiarity with following safety procedures and delivering clear guest briefings.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You are friendly, people-focused, and calm under pressure when handling busy shifts.
• You communicate clearly, read a room well, and keep groups engaged with confident presence.
• You are coachable, quick to learn, and open to the full training we provide.
