As a Retail Operations Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of service excellence, leading daily operations and ensuring every guest has a memorable, seamless, and safe experience. Job Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Champion a guest-centric culture by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner — making every visit memorable for families, children, and corporate clients alike.
• Confidently manage large groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for all.

Outlet Operations & Facility Management

• Ensure the Bomb Battle facility is always clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including merchandise, beverage display, and outlet presentation.
• Handle cashier duties, ensuring accurate transactions and daily reconciliation in line with SOPs.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely supply orders with vendors.
• Cross-train and support all operational roles, stepping up during peak times.

Event & Promotion Coordination

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organising, and executing team-building and corporate events, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver special events and holiday promotions to outlet guests.

Teamwork, Leadership & Problem Solving

• Leverage critical thinking and strong communication to address challenges effectively.
• Lead by example, promote Bomb Battle’s brand promise — Positivity, Responsibility, and Fun — in every interaction.
• Take ownership of tasks, contribute ideas, and help foster a lively, collaborative workplace.

What We Need From You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant experience managing retail attractions is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team and independently manage responsibilities.
• Experience organising and executing team-building or corporate events is a bonus.
• Hands-on and adaptable to a playful, energetic environment (we’re a paint-blast facility!).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems; able to troubleshoot equipment/software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced setting.
