<li>Strong understanding of object-oriented (OOP) development principals</li>
<li>Comfort with website administration across Linux or Windows platforms</li>
<li>Git version control experience is a plus</li>
<li>Scrum and Agile experience is also a plus</li>
<li>XML and related technologies such as the use of Web Services</li>
<li>Understanding of common frameworks and design patterns used with web development.</li>
