The Job:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the education team with deliverables for ministries, government agencies, training partners, and educational institutions. Understand the dynamic structures and needs to drive milestones.
• Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify the latest trends and potential collaborations.
• Marketing Support: Aid in creating marketing communication materials needed to execute successful campaigns, competitions, and events.
• Event Coordination: Support the coordination and participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
• Product and Industry Knowledge: Engage in continuous learning about the company's products, services, and the overall industry to better understand and address market demands.

Job Requirements

The Person:

• Possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, with a preference for native speakers.  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exhibits outstanding interpersonal skills and is capable of fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Demonstrates strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying patterns and insights from market data.
• Shows initiative, a willingness to take on new challenges, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and a team player.
