Responsibilities:
> Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
> Handle payroll administration, including attendance, overtime, and leave records
> Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
> Maintain employee records and HR documentation
> Manage employee benefits, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
> Assist in performance management and staff development initiatives
> Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievances.
> Support HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Working Day/Hour: Monday to Friday (9AM - 6PM)
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (payroll experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Prefer Mandarin speaker as need to communicate with China stakeholder
